The extensive technical documentation library allows to reengineer parts and components as well as carry out R&D projects of any complexity in short terms.  

PRODUCTION

SemiTEq’s production center is located in Saint-Petersburg and allows to provide vacuum technological equipment and its key components manufacturing as well as assembly works. Increasing localization of production ensures independence from imported components.
