Every 2 years event gathers the world's leading experts in the field of molecular beam epitaxy. SemiTEq JSC as the only Russian manufacturer of MBE systems, also constantly takes part in EuroMBE, 2019 year is not an exception. Dr. Stanislav Petrov, Head of the Application Lab of SemiTEq JSC, will present the report «High temperature ammonia MBE to improve crystal quality of GaN-based HEMT heterostructures» on 18, February (Monday) at 18:00.
