September, 30 — October, 8, 2009 «ATC – Semiconductor Technologies and Equipment, JSC» took part in «Russian Innovative week» which was held at first in St.-Petersburg during the exhibition «Russian Industrialist», and then was moved to Moscow to II International Nonotechnology Forum «Rosnanotech 2009».

In the Petersburg's part of «Russian Innovative week» our company presented product lines of the technology equipment as co-exhibitor of Saint-Petersburg Committee on Economic Development, Industrial policy and Trade.

At the Forum our company presented one of last product – Electron Beam Evaporation system STE EB71.
