Traditionally, in March of each year SemiTEq JSC takes part in the international Symposium «Nanophysics and nanoelectronics», which takes place in Nizhny Novgorod. SemiTEq is the annual sponsor of the event for many years.

In 2019, Dr. Stanislav Petrov, Head of the Application Lab of SemiTEq JSC will present an oral report on «Use of high-temperature ammonia MBE to improve the properties of nitride HEMT heterostructures» in the direction of "multilayer and crystalline x-ray optics».

The Symposium scientific thematic covers a wide range of subjects of Condensed Matter Physics, its relevance is dictated by the large number of papers in this field in Russia and abroad, this trend is one of priority directions of science, technology and engineering in Russia. 

 

In 2019, the Symposium will organize plenary, oral and poster sessions in the following directions:

-        Superconducting nanosystems;

-        Magnetic nanostructures;

-        Semiconductor nanostructures: electronic and optical properties, methods of formation;

-        Probe microscopy: the measurement and technology of atomic and nanometer scale;

-        Multilayer and crystal X-ray optics.
